Burek, Börek, Byrek, Boeregs, byurek, boureki, Bourekas, "çibörek", Brik, Pita, Spanokopita anyway you know it, is a dish that  has been made for many generations and enjoyed around the world, now, reaching the shores of Australia.

COOKING

 

  • Burek is to thaw out (1-2 hours)

  • Remove burek from all packaging and place on a greased cooking tray

  • Cook for approx. 20-25 min (fingers and meal) 30-35 (handstretched) 200°C

      (220°C Non fan forced)

  • Remove burek from oven, allow to rest for 15 mins, serve and enjoy
